Terms of Service

1. Service description

RumbAI is a B2B software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-generated employee training. The service includes personalized onboarding programs, ongoing daily training content, quizzes, progress tracking, and team analytics. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service.
  • The account owner is responsible for all activity that occurs under their organization, including actions by invited team members.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or any material intended to disrupt the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without written consent.
  • Use the service to generate training content for purposes unrelated to employee development (e.g., generating marketing copy or unrelated text).

4. Payment terms

RumbAI operates on a per-seat pricing model. Each active employee in your organization counts as one seat. Pricing is billed monthly with a minimum of 5 seats per organization.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. We will notify you before the trial expires.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. AI-generated content

Training content on RumbAI is generated by artificial intelligence based on your organization’s configuration, industry, and uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy and relevance:

  • AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. It should not be treated as professional, legal, or regulatory advice.
  • You retain ownership of any documents and data you upload to the platform.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated training content within your organization for employee training purposes.
  • We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and service quality.

6. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RumbAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RumbAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to be retained.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
